According to Percy E. Burrup management functions of schooling are:
a. Make a plan and measures to realize the goal of school programs.
b. Allocating resources and teaching activities so that each knows the
duties and responsibilities..
c. Motivate and stimulate the activities of teaching staff so they can
carry out their duties well.
d. Coordinating the activities of a faculty member and every task in the
school so power can be used as effectively as possible.
e. Assess the effectiveness of the program and the implementation of the
tasks of teaching and school goals set have been achieved or yet. And assess
